On 1st May 2000 Deepak sold goods to Gagan for Rs. 1,000 on same day he drew a bill for Rs. 1,000 payable after three months which was accepted by Gagan on 3rd May, 2000 Deepak discounted the bill with his banker @ 10% per annum the bill was dishonoured by Gagan on maturiry Bank paid noting charge Rs. 10.
