On 1st August 2006 'A' sold goods to 'B' worth Rs. 800 and drew a bill for two months 'B' returned it after duly accepting goods worth Rs. 800 was purchased 'A' from 'D' and the above acceptance was endorsed in return bills was duly met on maturity.
